The positives the casino and hotel are very clean and place does look amazing. I am glad I decided to book an outside venue as was initially going to get married here if they can't book the rooms right they probably would have messed that up too. It just seemed like all they want is more money. Also when I booked this as a package I paid extra £120 pp to stay at Palazzo rather than vinetian. As I declined paying extra for the same room I had already spent alot of money on they moved me to the vinetian rooms which are more dated than the pallazo. I had booked for my wedding and honey moon so didn't really want a twin which they new in advance The only way I could have my original booking was if I paid an additional $80 per night for a room with a view exactly the same as the one I booked or $300 for a grand king. When arrived on my first night I was advised they had over booked one my king room so I would have to have a twin room. Awful check in process I booked in January for my wedding and honeymoon.
